Vintage Scuba Diving Light, yes it was used and is still in very good condition inside and out.
Some minor corrosion inside on some areas of the contacts and springs, not sure if from batteries or water, but can easily cleaned up with for restoration and use if you want to.
Clear plastic lens cover has no hairline cracks around screw holes, and lens is pretty clear and not scratched up to badly, can be cleaned with plastic polish.
One of the early models as you old timers can tell.
