Some years ago, a circus arrived at the port of Pereas in Greece. The people of the circus were unloading the cages from the ship to the harbour. A cage with a tiger was already at the harbour, and a tourist approached it, saw the tiger and said something like "oh, it looks like a kitten". She put her hand in the cage and tried to pat the tiger to the head. Not strangely, the tiger ate her hand.

Moral: Even if you make a law that forbids stubid people to jump on white sharks, they will probably find a tiger in Greece and have their hand chopped off. So, why bother?
