They went bank rupt in Sept I think it was and are no longer flying. I did hear they were refunding tickets. You should check with your travel agent. Do search on the Bonaire board, there was a good bit of discussion on it a while back. www.bonairetalk.com

Urgent Note for travellers booked on DCA (Dutch Caribbean Airlines): As of Friday, October 1, 2004, DCA ceased operations. At this time, there is no further information available about the airline. It is advised that passengers traveling on DCA contact their travel professionals, and/or contact Air Jamaica, American Airlines, BonairExel or Divi Divi for alternate service.
