I've been diving at Red Sea every spring, using Emperor's liveboards, and seen many sites. One of the most interesting site is - surprisingly - at North / the Straits of Tiran. This is called Thomas Reef. The speciality in it is the very deep canyon, in which you can find arches. It's close to air diving limits, but if you are experienced it can be done without tech diving equipment.
Have a look to this short (3:45) videoclip to get the feelings...: Deep diving at Thomas Reef Canyon - YouTube
