I was up at Navarre beach today at about 2:30 pm to take the kids around to pick up shells. The water looked great. The waves were running about knee to mid thigh, but the water looked super clear and not churned up at all. In fact you could make out the bottom for quite a ways out. If it looks anything close to what it did today then Navarre would be a good choice for a second dive.
