What about the rest of Philippines? Tubbataha, Southern Visayas or Southern Leyte?
As you are based in Australia, have you thought about going to Fiji? Fiji is a great destination! Hammerheads, mantas, sharks, eagle rays, school of barracudas, trevallies, dog tooth tunas and the coral there is really amazing!
