Your complaints aren't being ignored, we just don't report everything that is done behind the curtain. It would help the mods tremendously if you folks would report anyone who is getting out of line rather than wait for a mod to see a post within a thread or make posts such as this one. If you feel your report isn't getting attention, PM a mod who is online at the time directly.

As you know sometimes the thread is hijacked into a totally different subject and we don't catch it in a thread that was previously OK. Contrary to popular belief there isn't always a mod online and it takes time to catch up.

Appropriate action has been taken at this time.

As Dee has said, the mods are not allows on line. Reporting a thread/post is as easy as clicking on the "report to a moderator", and a report is generated and will be reviewed. Alternatively, take a peek on the home page and see if any mods are on line (their names will appear in bold in the who's on line area) - then send a PM.
