Let us noobs know when we do something good and/or right. That way we can keep doing it.

When you point out a mistake we made try to do it in a positive manner (I don't care about this, however my brother doesn't take criticism well). If it was a serious mistake stress the gravity of it: injury to self or nature, death.
 
I thought I wrote this when I started the thread but oops.

As a noobie in most respects, there are some divers that I respect a lot. But one lost my respect when he answered my question the other month. I dont expect you to know everything. Just say you will find out instead of giving me a stupid answer which I will find out is wrong later on anyway.
