my advise is to first make sure you are not already covered through other insurance you currently have. i know for me, i checked with my credit card insurance company and discovered i am covered through them. and before anyone says it.....yes, i have that in writing. as long as the attending dr deems it medically necessary, i am covered for any treatment required, including a ride in the chamber if needed.
