Does anyone know of software or a method of converting previous dive logs into a new format?? I've got a long list of dives on my oceanic and would like to see them included in my scuba pro....

On the computer itself? Not happening. The transfer between DC and electronic log is one way. DC —> Log. DC —> DC or Log —> DC does not exist.
If you are using a brand specific electronic log, then you should be able to export in a standard format (UDDF, maybe) and import into a 3rd party logging software like Subsurface, MacDive, Diving Log, etc. which will probably support both DCs.
