Water Temp - 66
Surf was 1-2ft
Moderate surge = CRAPPY Vis - 0-1ft
SE winds 5-10
not sure on the tide
Depth 15-21ft
So the surge stirred everything up and the vis sucked ass. I managed to find one small tooth in the 6-inch vis - spent 45 minutes kicking around to see if there were any clear spots - nothing

Should have stayed home - then again - not really - still love getting wet :)

Calm day at service club. Water is remaining around the 67-68 degree mark
vis varied a little with depth - nothing spectacular, but not blown out like the other day.

Around 50 teeth - nothing of note....

Has anybody been by Venice since this front passed through? Any idea what the visibility is going to be like this weekend? Anyone going out today or tomorrow? Thanks!

Currently showing decent surf there still - looks like it will be calm Saturday - but I am willing to bet it will stay stirred up for days - also Sunday looks like the surf will pick up again. I am betting it won't be decent until mid-late next week IF the surf stays down.

With the winds coming from the north and west it most likely won't stay calm enough for the silt to settle.
