another vote for Aldora in Cozumel.
So far have not had problem with Anthony's Key in Roatan
In Grand Cayman, ship uses Don Foster's, beginning of this year used them and another visit used Off the Wall Divers, a smaller boat, less people (when I used them in Feb it was only 4 on board including 2 crew)
Belize, while expensive going thru the ship is the easiest as the ship anchors out and uses tenders into the city. Ship excursion picks you up at the ship and returns you to the ship.

Being a dive junkie my non-diving cruise companions never see me in port.

As it stands now, doing the western Caribbean again in : January on Liberty, February on Conquest, and March on Glory
 
With house in Florida and wife liking cruises, tend to get around.
This year won't be around for BTS.
