Hi Goblinina...can't speak for Aquatica as I've never dove with them. Can recommend Dive Timor Lorosae highly as mentioned earlier in this thread...although I never personally put anything into an operator being PADI 5 Star. It might be best to make up your mind prior to going as it is possible that there might not be space...the non weekend diving (at DTL) is up the coast and shore based, with transport done by car. Several times I'd missed out do to lack o space in the car. In those cases, they were always able to still set up shore dives right in Dili.
