I just got back from GA, Savannah to be exact. It would seem to me their is not alot of Diving there. There are a couple of shops and at least one Charter company, but that seems really about it. Has diving just not been very good there or is it a new thing there. Savannah being the age that it is with the Civil war. I would think there are a number of wrecks other sites available. It just seems alot of the interest in diving stops at Beaufort and picks up again about St. Simons and St. Mary's. Just curious because we may very relocate there with in the coming years

There is some diving here, but you have to know the right people. Everything is a way's offshore and with the cost of fuel it has hurt a lot of people. Most of the divers here spear fish. Well at least till they shut it down. I've been hearing that its in the works. Don't spearfish so not to up to date on that. There is some very nice stuff to see but you are looking at low vis most of the time with a strong current to boot. Other than that its great.
