Diving in San Diego, CA

I am tentatively planning a trip to the San Diego area in February. Can anyone suggest any good dives in the SD area and any particulary good outfits to hook up with.

Those two are two excellent web sites. I wish every dive area had sites like those. Dive shops and charters should take a look to see how it can be done.
