I believe that the owner in 2003, died early 2004 and the business is now run by a husband and wife team. He is ex-navy and she is an instructor. They are really attentive to safety and easy realed diving.
Other dive charters on the west are Ocean Concepts and Aarons. OC doesn't own their own boat and the Aarons boat is a small six pack, I think. I heard Breeze sometimes dives there as well but again they run a small six pack.
