I wear my wetsuit boots with my Jets or my rockboot-alikes with Turtles, depending on the dive.

It works,but your feet might get floaty with the extra neoprene.

I picked the XCD2 based on comfort and the reliability of Bare. The suit was purchased about 4 years ago as I was sick and tired of getting changed out of a 7mm in the cold winds of winter. I also found that a DS is less restrictive. The only time I dive wet is when I head south to the Carribean. Pm me if you want more info.
