I had one and hated it. The should straps fell off and was just a pain in the backside. I have hips though and found a weight belt to be preferable.

I will say that I ended up adding sternum straps to ours to prevent unwanted weight dropping. The straps of the (obsolete) Weight & Trim II were easily brushed from the shoulder while doffing my rig.

I have 3, love them whenever I am diving cold water. The weight stays where you want it and you can adjust your trim underway.

One word of warning. The Classic is a heavy duty model, should last decades and is well matched to a BP/W concept. (Simple, rock solid construction)
They also made a second model (W & T II) lighter materials. Over a period of 5 years one of mine has started to wear out.
