your right , I was referring to your "dry" suit experience there and forgot it wasn't in the park :)
Ah... yeah that was my infamous 5 second dive in the Pacific (just off Catalina).

An experience I later duplicated in your dry suit, but lasted about 40 minutes with four gallons of cold H2O inside! Tee hee.

Looking forward to being in the water with you and the rest of the DWADD team.

Thanks for the link, Dave. Looks like CDS has built a really nice new web site. Congrats Chris.

Yes they have Bill, now to contact a few other shops and see if I can finagle a few more prizes!

It looks like I'm going to be able to bring someone to help me - at least, out of the water. My 19-yr-old son is currently nearing the end of 6 months of Army training in Missouri, and he just told me he got his return date - May 31. So I'll bring him with me to be my dive Sherpa . He doesn't dive (yet). So he'll give me the assistance I need with transporting my gear on the ferry, carting my tank to the fill station, getting my gear down to the stairs. I'll only need assistance from my wonderful diver volunteers to swim the gear out to the water so I can gear up, and then haul it back out of the water.

And while we're at it, maybe my son will get bit by the bug and want to learn to dive. :)

Perfect!!!

Your son will by then be highly qualified to act as a pack mule.:D

OMG that is too funny! When I talked to him about it this weekend, that's literally what he said to me - "What is this, Ma...you want me to be your pack mule??" LOL! And of course I said...YEP!

I knew there was a reason I had kids... :D

I wish I could have my own personal dive sherpa...But alas, that's my job for my lovely bride!
