That would be nice, thanks. Or we can dive as a group.:snorkel::balloons::snorkel:

Works for me! I'll just be happy to get back in the water. :D Being dry sucks!

Gonna try my best to make this trip, been outta the water much too long, but probably will be last minute go/no go.

I'm in the same situation as Venom. Since will truly need to be a "DITCH" work day (don't want to burn a vacation day that I could use diving somewhere tropical). I'll have to commit at the last minute.

However, my calendar has been mysteriously blocked out on June 2nd.

I've been looking forward to my first DWADD for a long time.

Hope to meet you all soon.

Well I have good news and bad news. Good news: my boss approved the day off. Woohoo! Bad news: Looks like I won't have a dive Sherpa after all. My son was just informed he has to stay for another 3 & a half weeks at Army training, so he won't be home until end of June.

I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out. I'll pick up a tank roller so I can pull it, and I'll just need some help with any lifting involved. I'm feeling much stronger every day, and I refuse to let this temporary disability mess with my life. So I'll be there!

Question for those that have taken the 0615 express out of Long Beach before. They say to check in one hour early. So, we should probably be at the parking lot by 0500?
Is it a long walk with gears from the parking area to the express dock? I know they have both covered and open parking, but given a choice would prefer the covered. They told me $15 for parking.

You can drop the gears off at the front of the building and then park the vehicle. You don't need to be there that early, especially on a Thursday morning. Usually half an hour is plenty and the parking cost is about right.
