20 count should be min and mix it with sea scallops wrapped as above.........

The bigger the better. And you can butterfly the shrimp and stuff with mexican cheese. (queso blanco).

An ex-housemate of mine who didn't like seafood had a really tasty bacon-wrapped snack too... bacon wrapped around pitted dates stuffed with cream cheese.

I'm a big fan of bacon wrapped oysters. Shuck the oysters, wrap each with a piece of bacon, skewer and broil or grill.
I think the sig other and I personally put a new roof on the Liliwaup, Washington community center by purchasing these every year when they sold them as a fundraiser at Oysterfest, in Shelton WA.
