Mine's Conch Fritters & Cocoanut Shrimp
On the North Shore of Oahu in Haleiwa after surfing the Pipeline in the winter or diving the Trench in the summer: Kua Aina burger with a big giant Ortega chile plopped on top and shoestring fries. I could park in front and watch my boards or dive gear.

On surface intervals I'm going to try flavoured soymilk and a banana or trailmix (protein + sugar).
