Congrats. I'll put in a plug for the BVI, but it is two hops from Miami. The obvious "one hops" are Cayman, Bahamas and the ABCs.

I don't have the details on the Marrying part, but a quick trip to Club Med Turkoise on Provo, sounds like just the right place.
