They were $60,000 for 38 units. There were a LOT of approvals and permitting required.

That sounds like a relative bargain. I wonder what the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce spends annually on brochures? Maybe they could bypass or fast track those approvals and permits for identical structures in the same environment?
