Yes, your Delta miles can help you. From South Carolina you would fly into Atlanta. From Atlanta you can fly straight into Aruba. Then there is a little 30 minute flight on ALM into Bonaire. Call Delta and give them your mileage plus number and see if you qualifly.

If you wanted to go to Grand Bahama Island you can fly from Atlanta to Nassau and then over to Grand Bahama.
