Ddid anyone in the uk see the program about Tanya Streeter breaking the world no-limits freediving record. It was pretty amazing 160m!

Nope missed that but got a link to her new updated website through a newsletter I get (Deeper Blue I think). Anyway, check this out complete with information about how she trains for her record attempts.
