you do understand basic physics yes? The only time that front bladder will be engaged is once all of the air space above it is occupied with air, or you are on your side or back, which is not where you normally dive. Considering you are in south florida, even with a HP133, you only have 11lbs of air that you are compensating for, add on a somewhat thick wetsuit and call it 20lbs. That won't hit the front bladder of a scubapro classic unless you're in the extra small size. The biggest downside to this type of BC is that the lift is determined by the size, which is not what you need. For local diving for you, a 25-30lb wing is more than enough, the largest Scubapro classic has 67lbs of lift, which is more lift than is used for massive technical dives....
 
I suppose you could get a back inflate BC then add a horse collar on the front to get full upper body inflation, but why?
Why not just learn to use a normal BC or BP/W and learn to weight it properly. If you're worried about face up on the surface then use a steel tank and steel back plate to counter the wing, and don't overweight yourself.
