I am hearing vague reports that the Cayman Aggressor ran aground this morning. Any information from anyone?

Is there adverse weather in the area right now? I'm curious as to what could cause a liveaboard to run aground on the reef when safely navigating the reef is literally how they make a living.

Unfortunately the Aggressor Fleet is not what they used to be. They mishandled a reservation for 20 and would not honor our contract.

From Twitter:

"September 21 - Cayman Agressor pulled off (no spill report) after grounding early today inside the North Sound #Reef. "

We were supposed to board for the next week, and got to the island the day of the incident. Wished we knew that morning, we would have not flown all the way down there. We just flew back home. Originally we were scheduled for this week, but we rolled it back a week due to a schedule conflict. Island weather was normal. Happened early morning, after coming from Brac.

Well that just sucks. Sorry to hear of your wasted trip. I hope you got some frequent flier miles.
