I use Samsonite hard side.....the ones with side locks and no zippers.
That's what I use too, wheels at one end, pull handle on the other end, and it's completely unlined. Not sure what the suitcase weighs by itself, but with all my dive gear in it for Cozumel the total weight was 46lbs. It's the Samsonite Oyster model but I'm sure something similar is available new.

Looks handy maxbottomtime but it's just too heavy.
It's three pounds lighter than the one you found on Amazon. With an aluminum Subal housing, Ports and two Ikelite DS-161 strobes it weighs less than 25 pounds.

I don't recall finding one on Amazon? Think you have me mixed up with another poster.
