Hello there all,

My name is Alex, originally a midwestern boy from Minnesota, and currently enjoying the beautiful waters of landlocked Colorado.

I have been diving for 12 years now, and have spent the last 4 diving for a dive rescue and recovery team. While I prefer the warm, clear diving of places like belize, I have been able to make diving (part of) my carreer in murky reservoirs and ponds. Over the last few years I have had opportunities to attend some awesome specialized rescue classes and trainings such as med diver, critical skills diver, Ice diving, light salvage and recovery, and public safety scuba instructor. Looking forward to more classes, more dives, and more improvement!

Going forward I will be stepping into a new role coordinating and teaching our dive academy, so if anyone has advice for me it would be greatly appreciated!

Glad to be here!
Al
