I also have a kind of retarded question that i think i already know the answer to. Will i be able to dive with my g-shock on (it says water resist 20 bar) and if i can should i wear it while i dive?
 
Yes, but don't push the buttons while you are underwater. I lost one that way.

for sure i will def let you know...may be a great first dive outside of diving school once i get certified :D

I also have a question as well. What other diving equipment will I need to buy. I have my required gear but I am also buying a bc off of someone I know. What else will I need? I know a reg but do u guys have a budget affordable re I can use for diving in the la/ Catalina area? Also what else will I need
