I could use a little help identifying the size of this Faber tank. It is an older style white one, so it has no size markings with all the other traditional markings.

They are low pressure tanks, marked 2730. I am attaching several pics of the markings around the cylinder. Dimensions are Approximately 22" tall, 7.365" diameter.

Thank you.

Here is a pic comparing to other Fabers I have. Left to right LP95, tank in question, HP80 and Standard Pressure 72.

LP is 2400, this is mid pressure (2730 or 3000 with a +). Some people no doubt round up the 77 to 80.

The tank on the far right looks to be a shorty 72 (3000 psi). Standard pressure 72s are 2250.

The tank on the right is a standard pressure 72 - 3000psi. Great beach diving cylinder or pool cylinder when working with students.

As for mid range, never heard the term only Low pressure (2400-2640), standard (3000) and high (3300 to 3500) give or take so classed it with the low since its below standard.

Anyone know the buoyancy characteristics of the MP80? Which going off the size, psi and REE I am beginning to think you all are right. I couldnt find much with my googlefu on a medium pressure.

Your cylinder with the serial 01/089/200 is from 2001 and fits most closely the below:
