There are two kinds of specialties, those offered by PADI and those offered by individual instructors who have developed a specialty and gotten it approved by PADI as meeting certain standards; these instructor specialties are called "distinctive" specialties. There are probably many hundreds of them, usually taught only by the author. There is no available list of them.
