There are lots of dive spots near Hull... Wrecks, Lobstering, reefs, etc... Visibility can be 5' to great if you are lucky but usually in the 15' range it seems.
Gunrock beach is a nice dive, parking is tough though. Just follow the rock jetty out and back.
It’s been a few years since I’ve done it but the resident parking on one street ended around 6pm or something so I just waited until then. Not sure what the situation is these days.
