For UW housing in Singapore check w/ Oceanic focus. 2 Weeks ago I bought PT-037, no bargain, for $S 495 delivered and paid at my hotel room; not the best in the world but much cheaper than http://www.camerasunderwater.co.uk/d_stills/olympus/sp550/pt037.html. offer for £ 229.78 excl. VAT. Still cheaper than at Malaysia RM 1390 and slightly more expensive than popular on-line store.

Just a quick update for anyone considering buying dive gear in Singapore: The Concourse will be torn down and all the shops there will have to move out by March 08. However, there are dive shops directly opposite the Concourse (as well as shops selling basic dive gear like wetsuits, torches, masks, snorkels and fins), with a new one that just opened this week. Happy diving!
