Purchased an Intova camera with a ISS2000 slave flash. Worked fine for a few dives but now can't sinc the slave. Power does work and test works to fire flash but does not respond to flash from a camera on any of the 4 settings. The light by the OK button f\does not ever come on.

Any thoughts on potential solutions.

Thanks, Dave

Hi Dave,

If flash fires on test, then the strobe circuitry is good. This sounds like the batteries may not have enough power to fully charge the strobe, which is why the OK light doesn't come on. Please try to put fresh batteries in your strobe and see if that fixes the issue. If not, please email kevin@intova.net or call (877) 837-0074.

Thanks
