For planning I really like Baltic Deco - although it doesn't include ZHL16-C, but it has a great interface and other very helpful functions. For logging I use Dive Log which also syncs up to MacDive on my laptop.

Is dive log and mcdive from same developer? Will it allow download from a Suunto computer? Thanks.

I use Baltic Deco as well. I see that it uses ZHL16-B. What is the difference between that and ZHL16-C?

I usually have it set for GF 30/75 which matches the conservatism Level 2 on my Liquivision Kaon.

They are not the same developer but sync up very well over Wifi. MacDive will allow you to download from you Suunto to your Laptop/desktop via the cable that Suunto uses to the USB port on your Mac.

ZHL16-C is the variation of the Buhlmann algorithm typically used by dive computers. It is a little more conservative than the ZHL16-B variation. It is possible to adjust the Gradient Factors of ZHL16-B to more closely match your dive computer plan that uses ZHL16-C... which is what you've done.

I use Multideco, have for years. I have it on my laptop, iPad Mini, and Android phone (it works on iPhones too). A great program that I use in conjunction with my SW Petrels
