Is he still on the Island

I have a quick question, Is Billy Hale still on the Island. he certified my Wife and I was working with him on my DM When he left to work at CCV (mid 90's). I was thinking of booking a trip and was just wondering if he was around.

No he and Erin moved to Utila a few years ago. I think Erin is working at Laguna Beach Resort.
