Looking to get my first gun..I had been almost convinced to get a Mako oceanic pro (120 or 130cm), but then I came across the JBL Elite Woody sawed off magnum 53" which is actually a little cheaper and also got good reviews. Anyone have experience with these guns and can offer some input?

I have the Mako and love it. I also have a JBL 38 Special woody and it serves its purpose for certain species. If i had to choose, it would definitely be the Mako.

Thanks, now I have another gun that got thrown in the mix..a rob allen tuna 120cm. Decisions, decisions...

Never shot a Rob Allen, but I hear good things about them. I can promise you will get super service from Dano at Mako. None better anywhere.
