Thanks for all the suggestions. Think we might go with the black manta, looks like a great boat and their itinerary seems perfect.

A good choice for a steel hull boat. But if you want a teak/ironwood Makassar Phinisi style wood boat (kind of a different ascetic and feel), Moana is the better option for a similar itinerary.
