Any know a place we can access the dam outlet from Lake Jocasse into Keowee w/o a boat.

There are several things to see, with or without a boat.preferredassembly:I've never been diving in lakes, just open ocean. Is there much to see and if so, what and how is the vis? Thanks!

YES FOR ANYTHING BUT GAME FISH. WHICH BASSICALLY LEAVES YOU WITH CATFISH AND CARP.ONLY CERTAIN LAKES IN GREENVILLE, OCONEE, AND PICKENS ARE LEGAL THOUGH. SOUTH OF THESE COUNTIES ALL AREAS ARE OK.Boat:Oops...I clicked the "report" thingy....and now...I've found the reply thingy. Anyhow, is spearing legal in SC freshwater?
