Well, I have done dives in the ocean, have dealt with poor viz, surge & rental equipment (tho I wouldn't have been using rental gear anyway) so, I wouldn't have minded giving it a go. I am a hardy :newbie: and considering my last dive was 41° wet (no WWW here :D ) and I would be diving with THE KCM, I don't think it would have been too bad. But I will follow my KCM's lead and bow to his more experienced judgement :eek:ldman:

Not offended. Just setting the record straight. :D I wouldn't mind giving it a try, but Smoke knows the area better. I REALLY want to dive while I am down there, but there is always Monday.
