Hi, I have problem with leaking inflation valve on my Ursuit dry suit.
- sitech shell
- tried to clean it
- tried to change it
- no bubbles from hoses
- tried several other inflation hoses
- several leak test of whole dry suit even in shop

- lower depth = less leak, more depth = more significant leak
- it leaks ONLY when i push it to put air inside

ANY suggestion please? This really makes me cry as I get wet from almost every dive :(

Hard to tell, from your write up.

Seems like you are saying water leaks into the the suit...
not air from the inflater..... is that correct?

Water should not be in the hoses... so no need to check that...

Only place it can leak is at the valve to suit connection.

Are you sure its leaking from there?
It can be hard to diagnose sometimes...
Sounds like a possible neck seal leak...

Pictures would be great.

I am pretty sure it leaks from this part as it is like "push the button to inflate = leak"...Different valve, same situation.
Neck seal was replaced and is OK.

Maybe wrong connector? But I think are inflator connectors/bayonets are very same...

Air in the hose /inflator is 120/150psi over surrounding water,
Impossible for the water to get in...
(Unless there is water in the tank.)

You problem is else were,
If you have changed the inflator valve with a different one, that is eliminated....
Only thing is where the valve seals to the suit....
Not sure how you know its leaking when you push the button... with your underwear on it quite hard to tell,

You will need to think systematically to figure it out.
I still think you have a neck seal issue,
If it's new and that's when the problem started,
I wonder if some thing is wrong with it, (hole/ not glued) or leaking at the seal to neck when you wear it..

How much squeeze do you have while using the suit? What Gone for Diving said is the reality, it’s not coming from the air supply side. Are you possibly over weighted or underweighted?

I think my weight is OK. Sqzeeze normal as well as another divers, why?

You are right, it is hard to figure out the faulty place, but 99% its this inlet valve.
Ive chanded the neck seal to try if it will help but the problem persist.

Should I put some grease on valve when put it on dry suit??

How would you describe “normal” squeeze?

why?, squeeze indicates a lower pressure inside the suit pressure, water will try to equaize.

If I wont inflate the squeeze will be really hard from like 5m
