You’re not a broken record and your input appreciated but it doesn’t help me.

They will do something other than sat to sat but as they explained to me this month it would have to be a relatively last minute booking based upon availability and still had to be 7 nights. That didn’t work for me because A. I was not booking last minute and B. I wanted to book 5 nights.

Can’t wait to return. My one and only trip to LC was 2010 and in December. A norther kept the boats in for three days before we arrived. We were lucky to get out on our first dive day but it was so rough we barely made it out through the channel and our mooring line broke on our first dive with all divers in the water. That was something!

Fair enough. We are used to seeing that last flight of the day from GC to LC book up about 3 months in advance for August/September Saturdays and earlier than that during high season. And we are usually booking 7 day packages. So it has been easy for us to convince them that Sat-Sat was not possible for us without adding extra connections (and cost) to our flights from the US.

I did a Sat-Sun (8 nights) this past May wasn't any issue at all with me doing that, I was kinda booking last minute and I couldn't get a flight out of GC that Saturday that could get me home. Had they had our room booked for the following week then it could have been an issue for them to let us.
