Lobster Hunting Fail!

Funny video. Was diving Pt. Loma Kelp beds yesterday during the day time. Saw a lot of the critters. Peered into one lobster trap and there were about 8 of them. They all looked about the same size. Do you get any of the larger ones like we do off NC?

Yes, there are big ones around. My personal best is 10 pounds and I've caught quite a few in the five pound range...

The tank and bc are removed while in the water (bc inflated) and clipped to a tether. Then I hop up on kayak and pull gear up and over, pretty easy...

My kids and I were crying from laughing so hard. Love her persistence in trying to grab one.
