looking for a place to dive or snorkle with dolphines in carolina would love any advice thanks

Best advice I can give is to ask on the North and South Carolina forums.

There are plenty of dolphins in the Carolinas and we see them often,
however to have them approach and hang out is pretty rare. I've
been diving down there since 1991 and have had only one close encounter
with 2 last June. They will ride the bow and play in the wake but it isn't
that often that you will see large numbers or have an opportunity to
snorkel with them. You just have to get out there as much as possible
and your chances will improve.

All our dolphins are wild, it's rare that they decide to interact with divers. If your looking for the up close- 100% for sure experience you will have to go to the Bahamas or some other tourist spot like that.
