In what area will you stay? for how long? will you have your gear with you?
There are several good dive ops spread over the island, so it will be sensible to take the next one to minimise travel time.

We will be on the west side near Costa de La Calma. We will be there a week. We will only have our own fins and mask. We also speak Spanish.

Spanish is nice to have, you will rather need English or German...
