I have some openings for a Megalodon shark tooth diving trip for April 29 and 30. The boat is the "Spearit" out of Topsail Beach and Tom Collins is the captain. Divers need to be at least AOW, Nitrox certified, and have NC coast offshore dive experience. Cost is $125.00 per day. Call me at 704-896-8464.

Would 50+ dives, night, drift, wreck, deep and nitrox do in leu of AOW? Why NC coast? I have FL coast, Mexican coast, and misc. Island coast experience. So you would take a AOW with Nitrox and 15 dives if one was on the NC coast?

I was looking for info on Mega tooth dives and came across this thread. Not sure why you didn't get a response but I would say NC is quite different from FL or south. I dive in New England regularly and I am truly amazed at how much easier it is in FL than in NE. I have to guess NC offers it's own set of circumstances and challenges.
