Malibu has parking and kelp forrest to dive, Staircase (http://www.sandeaters.org/sites/ventura/staircase)

Diving would be great but, the beach is going to be a zoo. I guess a zoo would be workable if one did not have to park 3 blocks away.

Would LOVE to be diving this weekend... I have a new backplate and STA I wanted to test out. However, my dermatologist had other thoughts and cut me. Nothing serious or omnious. I can't dive until the middle of next week at the earliest.

Wowie. The surf forecasts for the next 3 days are dropping even more for LA and Orange Counties.

I'm heading to Catalina Saturday, busy Sunday, but may some free time on Monday. I've never been in the waters in PV and would like to try it sometime. I voted for PV Monday.
