Hi
A group of divers from around the St. Louis area and south are cleaning up and making Mine LaMotte more diver friendly. We are looking for any information on the cave system there. There are supposidly underground lakes that you can get to that will allow you to get out and walk around. There is supposidly miles and miles of caves, control rooms, break rooms and more. We will prob start relaying the lines sometime in the next two weeks.
IF anyone has any actual knowledge of Mine LaMOtte please share it.

Already we have picked up all kinds of trash and moved approximately 2 tons of rock.
